Sales Policy

Scope of Application

This policy applies to customers purchasing disposable wooden chopsticks and bamboo chopsticks, packaged products, or custom-logo printed products from Bao Lam JSC. Specific conditions for each order are clearly stated in the confirmed quotation or contract.

Consultation and Quotation

• Quotations are prepared based on material type, specifications, packaging style, printing requirements, quantity, and delivery location.
• Validity period, taxes, shipping costs, and delivery terms are indicated on each quotation.
• Customers are kindly requested to confirm all parameters or approve samples before customized production.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed after both parties agree on specifications, quantity, schedule, delivery method, and payment terms. For custom orders, Bao Lam JSC may request sample approval or a signed contract before production begins.

Payment

• Payment methods include bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other methods mutually agreed upon by both parties.
• The schedule for deposits and remaining payments is specified in the quotation or contract.
• Customers must clearly state their name and order code in the transfer description for prompt reconciliation.

Quality and Documentation

Products are inspected according to confirmed samples and specifications before delivery. Invoices, delivery notes, quality certificates, or export documents are provided as agreed and upon valid request for the order.
