Quality Commitment

Bao Lam JSC controls products according to the specifications, approved samples, and standards agreed upon in the order. Due to the nature of disposable products, this policy focuses on receiving and resolving quality defects attributable to manufacturing responsibility.

Eligible Cases

• Products with incorrect raw material type, dimensions, packaging specifications, or print content compared to the approved sample.
• Products with manufacturing defects, mold, insect damage, or deterioration despite being stored and transported according to instructions.
• Quantity shortages or incorrect item codes compared to delivery documents.

Acceptance Conditions

• Goods must retain original packaging, lot labels, or information that allows order identification.
• Customers must provide images, the quantity affected, and a description of the actual condition.
• Notification must be submitted within the complaint period specified in the contract; if no separate agreement exists, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods.

Resolution Methods

After verification, Bao Lam JSC may replenish missing goods, replace defective items, repackage, or agree to a corresponding price reduction. Reasonable costs incurred due to errors attributable to Bao Lam JSC will be mutually agreed upon by both parties before implementation.

Exclusions

• Goods damaged due to storage in humid areas, near heat sources, chemicals, or pests.
• Packaging that has been opened, goods that have been used, or goods that have been reprocessed without confirmation.
• Loss or damage during transportation that falls under the responsibility of another party according to delivery terms.
• Damage due to natural disasters, fire, or force majeure events.
