Return Policy

Return Conditions

• Goods delivered do not match the type, quantity, specifications, or sample confirmed by both parties.
• Goods have manufacturing defects or damage for which Bao Lam JSC is responsible.
• Products are in their original condition suitable for inspection, with packaging and order identification information intact.

Notification Period

Customers are kindly requested to notify within 7 days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. For obvious damage upon delivery, it must be recorded immediately on the carrier's receipt or document.

Processing Procedure

• Contact hotline or email and provide the order number.
• Send images, videos, quantity, and description of the items to be returned.
• Both parties confirm the cause, scope, and method for recovery or replacement.
• Bao Lam JSC will proceed with the exchange, replenishment, or refund/deduction of value as per the confirmed agreement.

Return Costs

If the cause is attributable to Bao Lam JSC, the company will bear the reasonable shipping costs for the approved returned items. If the customer changes their requirements after confirmation or sample approval, returns will only be processed with Bao Lam JSC's consent, and the customer will bear any incurred costs.
