Scope of Delivery

Bao Lam JSC supports domestic delivery and arranges international shipping for export orders according to the location, trade terms, and schedule agreed upon by both parties.

Shipping Methods

• Domestic orders are delivered by company vehicles or suitable shipping carriers based on cargo volume.
• Export orders are delivered to a warehouse, port, or designated location according to the terms specified in the contract.
• Information about the recipient, contact person, and delivery time must be accurately confirmed by the customer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on product availability, quantity, packaging requirements, and delivery location. In-stock items are usually dispatched sooner; custom-made orders or large-quantity orders follow the timeline specified in the quotation or contract.

• Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, vessel schedules, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
• Bao Lam JSC will proactively notify customers if there are significant changes to the confirmed schedule.

Goods Inspection

• Customers should inspect the number of packages, packaging condition, and signs of impact or moisture immediately upon receipt.
• If any anomalies are found, please take photos, note them on the delivery document, and contact Bao Lam JSC as soon as possible.
• Do not use or process any suspected faulty goods before verification by both parties is complete.

Costs and Responsibilities

Shipping fees, insurance, loading/unloading charges, and related costs are determined for each order. The responsibilities of each party are applied according to the delivery terms confirmed in writing.
