Return & Exchange Policy for Disposable Chopsticks

Return Conditions

• Goods delivered do not match the type, quantity, specification or sample confirmed by both parties.
• Goods have manufacturing defects or damage for which Bao Lam JSC is responsible.
• Products remain in a condition suitable for inspection, with packaging and order identification.

Notification Period

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods, unless the contract specifies another period. Visible damage at delivery must be recorded immediately on the carrier's delivery report or documents.

Handling Process

• Contact our hotline or email and provide the order code.
• Send photos, videos, the quantity and a description of the goods to be returned.
• Both parties confirm the cause, scope and plan for recalling or supplementing goods.
• Bao Lam JSC exchanges, supplements, refunds or reduces the value as per the confirmed agreement.

Return Costs

If the cause lies with Bao Lam JSC, the company bears reasonable shipping costs for the goods accepted for return. If the customer changes requirements after confirmation or sample approval, returns are only accepted with Bao Lam JSC's consent and the customer bears any additional costs.

Custom Products

Products printed with a logo or made to custom sizes, packaging or standards cannot be returned due to a change of mind. Products that do not match the approved sample or have manufacturing defects are still accepted under this policy.
