Shipping Policy for Disposable Chopsticks Export

Delivery Area

Bao Lam JSC supports domestic delivery and arranges logistics for export orders according to the location, trade terms and schedule agreed by both parties.

Shipping Methods

• Domestic orders are delivered by company vehicles or a carrier suitable for the shipment volume.
• Export orders are delivered to the warehouse, port or designated location under the terms stated in the contract.
• The consignee, contact person and delivery time must be accurately confirmed by the customer.

Delivery Time

Estimated lead time depends on stock availability, quantity, packaging requirements and delivery location. In-stock goods are usually arranged sooner; custom or large-volume orders follow the schedule in the quotation or contract.

• Delivery times may change due to weather, vessel schedules, customs procedures or force majeure events.
• Bao Lam JSC will proactively notify you of any significant change to the confirmed schedule.

Goods Inspection

• Customers check the number of packages, packaging condition and signs of impact or moisture immediately upon receipt.
• If anything unusual is found, please take photos, note it on the delivery documents and contact Bao Lam JSC as soon as possible.
• Do not use or handle goods suspected to be defective before both parties have completed verification.

Costs and Responsibilities

Freight, insurance, handling fees and related costs are determined for each order. Each party's responsibilities follow the delivery terms confirmed in writing.
